Introducing the one and only preset pack you will ever need for those wanting beautiful warm, golden tones. These Presets do everything from adding warmth to your cloudy, overcast day, to enhancing existing sunset colours, to dulling down the golden tones, to fixing neon greens, and to adding B&W. These beautiful Lightroom Presets have been in the making for months, inspired by Golden Hour and finally ready to be used by photographers around the world. They can be used as a base preset or simply a one-click preset. Some of the examples in the images above have had minor temperature or exposure adjustments but these presets will always set the general tone of your image. Choose between warmer versions, vivid or softer. Includes 28 Presets including 3 beautiful B&W Lightroom Presets.

Some of these examples have had a a few tweaks such as a temperature adjustment, contrast boost etc. I would recommend using these tweaks on your own images if one click is not enough. See the ‘how to use golden evenings to their fullest potential’ note in the download!

What’s in the ZIP file?

This is the DESKTOP version. You will receive two folders: Golden Evenings.XMP & Golden Evenings.LRTEMPLATE. Install the relevant presets depending on what version of Lightroom you are using. Lightroom Preset FAQ

What versions of Lightroom are these Presets for?

These presets are compatible with Lightroom 4, 5, 6, 7, Lightroom Classic & Lightroom CC. They may work in Lightroom 3 but results may vary as it is a much older version.

How do I install my new Lightroom Presets?

I have written out an article here on How to install Lightroom Presets. This article is currently focused on how to install lightroom presets for Lightroom Classic. Instructions for other versions will be added soon.

Do these Lightroom Presets work on JPEG & RAW files?

Yes, these presets WILL work on both JPEG & RAW files, however I strongly recommend using them on RAW files. Why?

What’s the difference between JPEG & RAW?

A RAW file is just like a negative film. It’s a very popular choice among the majority of professional photographers. Why? Because as such, it leaves the photographs as a blank canvas and allows the user to have full control when it comes to editing the image. This is why Lightroom Presets are recommended for RAW files (although they will still work on JPEG’s.)

In basic terms, a JPEG will slightly edit/enhance the image for you. If you have blown out your sky or highlights in your image, it will be much harder to bring those details back in Lightroom than with a RAW file. This will not be ideal for a lot of photographers. I would recommend JPEG if you are not too bothered about editing your image after taking it, as JPEG’s can be uploaded straight from your camera and onto the internet, but on the downside, you cannot have full control over editing unlike RAW’s.

Are these Lightroom Presets instant download?

Yes! They definitely are. When you purchase something, who wants to wait around for it? Nobody! As soon as you checkout you will receive an email with your receipt and download link. Simply download the Lightroom Presets within 24 hours and they are yours forever.

What if I lose my Lightroom Presets? Eg my computer breaks down or I buy a new computer?

In this case I would highly recommend to back your purchases up on a hard drive or somewhere safe for reasons such as this. If however you haven’t done that, just send me an email and I will re-send you your purchase. So don’t worry, you will always have access to it.

Are these presets one-click?

That really depends on your image and what you’re looking for. I’ve often uploaded my photography with one-click of a preset, but as I said, it depends.If your photo starts off as under/over exposed, you will need to pull that exposure slider up or down after the preset is applied in order to get the correct exposure. If a photograph is very contrasty or not contrasty enough, you may also need to adjust that, or you may find the preset has adjusted it perfectly. I do test these Lightroom presets on hundreds of RAW files with lots of different lighting and scenery and fine-tune it when needed so I do keep it at the top of my list to keep them as one-click as possible.

How are these Lightroom Presets on skin tones?

I’ve never had any complaints, put it that way. As I’ve said, these Lightroom presets are tested on hundreds of RAW files, on lots of different skin tones. I have kept skin tones in mind from day one because as a photographer, we all know how important they are! I have specifically fine-tuned these for skin colours and I am very proud to say they work on the vast majority without having to tweak skin.

What type of Lightroom Presets do you offer?

My editing style seems to be constantly changing through the years, it started as bright and airy, to natural, to golden, warm tones, to moody edits…. my Presets reflect this. But I constantly have new ideas and finding new inspiration through my work to create different styles. So keep up to date.

I am a Wedding/Kids/Family/Maternity Photographer, will these presets work for this?

Yes! They are mainly designed for outdoor sessions. Some preset packs are incredibly flexible and versatile.

Do you have a Facebook group where people post their work with your Lightroom Presets applied?

Yes! I have actually just created one and it’s growing nicely. Not only is it a place to post your photography with LT Presets applied, but it also is a place to help you grow as a photographer. You can! These can be and are purchased by many photographers all around the world! All you need to do is checkout as normal and paypal or your payment provider will convert it to your currency.
